Technically, migraines were the second major symptom to indicate that I might have Fibromyalgia. Of course, the connections weren’t put together until later on, but now I know with certainty that everything I experienced was not “all in my head”. Thankfully, doctors know more now (some, not all) and they know that a lot of what we go through goes hand-in-hand. Those that don’t really need to take some CE classes and brush up on their knowledge.

As someone who has spent the past few days telling someone to “Shut the fuck up!” and “Lower your voice by 40 octaves, I have a migraine.”, I relate to this being such a serious issue for many of us. Unfortunately leopards don’t change their spots, so it is definitely our job to educate those around us on how sick they can make us when we’re already hurting.
