It’s Easy To Look Back and See It…
“It’s easy to look back and see it, and it’s easy to give the advice. But the sad fact is, most people don’t look beneath the surface until it’s too late.” ―Wendelin Van Draanen
I Always Think Of Each Night As A Song
“I always think of each night as a song. Or each moment as a song. But now I’m seeing we don’t live in a single song. We move from song to song, from lyric to lyric, from chord to chord. There is no ending here. It’s an infinite playlist.” ―David Levithan
In Loving Memory
Lost a friend to pancreatic cancer. I was crying, listening to my usual playlist on shuffle. This song popped up, as they are wont to do, and I was shocked I’d never listened to it before. Not once.
G-d is taking the good ones. I’ll be here forever.
Thank you for this song, Mark Tremonti (and Myles Kennedy for singing it). He’s got an album coming out soon, so check it out.
