Happy Imbolc fellow Wiccans and/or Pagans. Happy Groundhog Day for everyone else in the Western Hemisphere. One Groundhog saw its shadow and the other did not. With wintery weather currently affecting so many, myself included, it’s not an immense stretch to believe that we’ll have six more weeks of winter. The weird thing? The bunnies in my yard and the birds that have already begun nesting in my trees, which does lead me to believe that maybe that six weeks will be shortened. I suppose only time will tell.

I am definitively Wiccan, though it’s all semantics most days.
I have temperatures that are in the red with the wind chill. Light snow, sleet, frozen rain mix since last night. Others are getting slammed with heavy snow. It truly makes one want to hibernate.

I’m solitary. I don’t do ‘organised’ very well LOL but mostly because I grew up with it so I don’t fit into a category. I used to get frustrated by that, but I’m happiest doing my own thing 🙂 And you are right, a lot of it is just semantics.

I suppose it depends on ones’ perception. If you’re used to it, it’s just winter weather. It could be worse, trust me.
I’m solitary as well. This subject will actually come up in a post later this week about religious beliefs, etc.
