This is only a percentage of what Fibromyalgia sufferers experience daily. I am almost certain a truck hit me sometime between Friday and this morning. I cannot explain the pain or where it stems from, only that it hurts like hell and is physically and emotionally exhausting.

I get this particular type of headache on occasion, as I have cervical spine damage at four different levels and it’s completely inoperable. They normally get characterized as “tension headaches” by some, but I know for a fact that’s not what they are. Does anyone else experience these?
I actually think this is a great idea, especially for our children. I’m never going to rule a handgun out though, or self-defense. I will never outweigh a man, but I can still protect myself in many situations.
