I wonder if this is also going to be made available in North American and how quickly we might expect it. Three years is too long for many of us.

There are some good idea in here, and some that I find baffling, but to each their own. I highly recommend having more than water on hand, as a great many people respond to caffeine. Also, keep some quality snacks on hand because many of us become ravenous just prior to or immediately after an attack.
