Cats Constantly Look At You

I’m starting to develop a complex because each cat looks at me differently. Mine look at me with pure love and “I didn’t do it!” faces, which stems from raising them since they were tiny, but OGK? I am pretty sure I am a five-star movie to him. He also follows me as if I am going to do something interesting and he desperately needs to be the first one to see it. Hilarious stuff.

  1. Unlike humans, the narrower a cat’s eyes are when they look at you, the more they like you.

When a cat feels threatened, it opens its eyes wide to take in all its surroundings and keep a look out for danger. It doesn’t dare blink because all it takes is a second for an enemy to attack. It keeps its focus on the potential threat source.

When a cat does that sleepy, slow blink at you, it’s saying, “I’m comfortable with you. I trust you. I know I can relax and close my eyes and still be safe.”
