The Goodness In Your Life

“The goodness in your life does not come to you from someone else. When you see this, you will be free. There is no reason and no need to play up to another, or to try to remain in their good graces. Remain in your own, by not betraying yourself. Simply speak your truth, with gentleness and love. And have courage, for what you seek is not outside of you. It is not a gift from another person. It is yours — to give, not to acquire. Let no one, therefore, hold you hostage. Not your partner, not your boss, not your family…and certainly not your God.” —Neale Donald Walsch

I Believe…

“I believe God wants you to know that your prayer has already been heard. The Larger Part of You that is eternally connected with the Larger Part of Everything, called God, has actually been processing your order for a while now. You don’t have to speak it for it to be known. So…the good news today is that your Perfect Outcome is on its way. Bless, now, what shows up, and embrace it with gratitude. This is the beginning of the rest of your life.” —Neale Donald Walsch

You Must Be Good To Yourself

“You must be good to yourself if you are ever going to be any good for others. This means take a day off once in a while when it’s not scheduled. Eat of piece of chocolate when it’s not recommended. Take a nap when it’s just not possible. Get your face into a good book for an hour when you can’t afford to. Soak in a tub when there’s no time to. Stop everything when you’re not supposed to. Do this now, right now, for goodness sake.” —Neale Donald Walsch

If You Are To Be A Healer…

“If you are to be a healer you must understand that the biggest difficulty facing people with a problem is rarely the problem itself, but the fear that nobody else understands it. If nobody else understands it, the prospect of finding a solution can seem very dim. That is why the feeling of not being understood leads to desperation. And, conversely, the feeling that someone else understands moves people back from the brink and opens the door to discussion.” -Neale Donald Walsch
